Wiggle Out
Privacy Policy

How the Wiggle Out puzzle game for Android handles your information.

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Wiggle Out is a free, offline puzzle game supported by ads. There are no accounts, no sign-in and no chat. Your game progress (levels, coins, tools, settings) is saved only on your device and is never uploaded by us. We use a few Google services to show ads, measure how the game is used and fix crashes; this page explains exactly what they collect.

In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean the developer of Wiggle Out (package com.flash.wiggleout).

Information we collect

We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, location permission or any other personal details. The following is collected automatically by the services listed in section 3:

Device information: device model, operating system version, language, screen size and app version.
Advertising identifier: the Android Advertising ID (or an app-set ID), used to serve and measure ads.
Approximate location: derived from your IP address by ad and analytics services (country or city level, not GPS).
Usage data: anonymous events such as app opens, levels played and ads shown, plus session length.
Crash reports: stack traces and the device state at the time of a crash.

Stored only on your device: level progress, coins, tools, unlocked themes and settings. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes them.

How we use it

To show ads that keep the game free, including optional rewarded videos you choose to watch.
To understand which levels and features players enjoy so we can improve the game.
To detect, diagnose and fix crashes and bugs.
To prevent ad fraud and keep the app secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to running and improving Wiggle Out.

Third-party services

These services process data under their own privacy policies:

Google AdMob (ads and consent)
How Google uses information in ads

Google Analytics for Firebase (usage statistics)
Firebase privacy and security

Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports)
Firebase privacy and security

Google Play Services (in-app reviews, app delivery)
Google Privacy Policy

Ads and your choices

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google's consent tool. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options in the game.
On any Android device you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in Android Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Security & privacy → Privacy → Ads).
If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

Children's privacy

Wiggle Out is made for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help delete it.

Data retention

Game progress stays on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Firebase Analytics keeps event data for up to 14 months; Crashlytics keeps crash reports for up to 90 days.
Ad data is kept by Google according to its own retention policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent.

Delete local data: uninstall the app or clear its storage in Android settings.
Opt out of personalised ads: see section 4.
Other requests: email us (section 10). We have no accounts, so we may not be able to link analytics data to you personally, but we will help with any request we can and point you to the right Google tools.

Security

Data sent to the services above is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). The app asks only for the permissions it needs: internet access for ads, analytics and crash reports, and vibration for haptic feedback. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use the protections provided by Google's platforms.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
